At Naari Vastra, we intend to provide you with seamless ordering flexibility. Please check below for details regarding order cancellation rules.
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order at no cost anytime before it has been packed and shipped from our warehouse. To cancel, go to 'My Orders' section in the app or website, select the order, and tap 'Cancel Order'. If it was a prepaid order, a full refund will be processed instantly to your payment source.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been handed over to our delivery logistics network, it cannot be canceled directly via the digital interface. However, you may refuse the delivery when the courier partner attempts drop-off. Once the item safely rolls back to our warehouse facility, your payment refund process will initialize automatically.
3. Cancellation by Naari Vastra
On rare occasions, due to quality-check failure, stock insufficiency, or unexpected logistical problems, Naari Vastra may have to cancel your order. If this happens, you will receive an immediate notification, and any advance payments will be 100% refunded within 2–3 business days.
